I have had a quick few contacts on ssb and no bad reports there either. It is early days yet but the rig seems pretty good to me and the fact that it can be easily adapted to ham bands use is a bonus. 73 KevinGW0KIGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09707013148547349857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784847304693351783.post-39627533562092057712014-07-21T21:31:57.989+01:002014-07-21T21:31:57.989+01:00Hi Bas- on receive I have not noticed any drift- I...Hi Bas- on receive I have not noticed any drift- I don't need to touch the clarifier control. However I'm concerned about the amount of freq. drift these radio's usually have. I'm curious about your findings (on SSB) with this radio? I was a CB radio operator for over 20 years and actually never had a SSB radio that didn't have a couple of 100Hz drift, even the President Lincoln (officially a 10m SSB rig) was drifting. 73, BasPE4BAS, Bashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12958141238330445285noreply@blogger.com
